The PP-PPD-PPB Induction Course is a mandatory certification program by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources. It qualifies participants to be appointed as Assessors (PP), Internal Verifiers (PPD), or Accredited Centre Managers (PPB) under the Malaysian Skills Certification System (SPKM). Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS), practical and theoretical assessment techniques, candidate portfolio management, and quality assurance compliance under the National Skills Development Act 2006 (Act 652).

Train-the-Trainer (NCS-004-2017) is a professional training programme designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies required to plan, conduct, manage, and evaluate effective training sessions. The course focuses on developing competent trainers who are able to deliver structured, engaging, and learner-centred training in accordance with industry and occupational requirements. Participants will be introduced to key areas such as training needs analysis, lesson and training session planning, instructional methods, communication and presentation techniques, classroom management, assessment and evaluation, as well as the effective use of training resources and technology. Upon completion, participants will have the confidence and practical capability to conduct professional training sessions, manage learners effectively, and contribute to the development of a skilled and competent workforce. Suitable for: Trainers, instructors, lecturers, HR and training personnel, industry practitioners, supervisors, and individuals who wish to develop a career in training and skills development.

Diploma Pengajaran TVET (P853-002-4:2021) merupakan program yang direka untuk melahirkan tenaga pengajar TVET yang kompeten, profesional dan berkemahiran tinggi. Program ini memberi penekanan kepada kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP), pembangunan bahan latihan, penilaian kompetensi, pengurusan bilik latihan, komunikasi berkesan, serta pematuhan kepada standard Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK). Graduan akan memperoleh pengetahuan, kemahiran dan sikap profesional yang diperlukan untuk menjadi tenaga pengajar TVET yang berkelayakan di institusi latihan kemahiran, kolej, pusat latihan bertauliah dan industri.
