The course focuses on developing competent trainers who are able to deliver structured, engaging, and learner-centred training in accordance with industry and occupational requirements. Participants will be introduced to key areas such as training needs analysis, lesson and training session planning, instructional methods, communication and presentation techniques, classroom management, assessment and evaluation, as well as the effective use of training resources and technology. Upon completion, participants will have the confidence and practical capability to conduct professional training sessions, manage learners effectively, and contribute to the development of a skilled and competent workforce.
