Achievements is where all your earned badges and milestones live in one place — a personal record of what you've accomplished across every course, rather than a course-by-course view.

Achievements is a learner-facing page showing every badge you've earned, in the order you earned them, along with the milestone each one represents.
Badges stay on this page permanently once earned — they aren't lost if you later drop below a leaderboard rank or point threshold.How it relates to points and the leaderboard
Achievements is the badge-focused counterpart to your points total: points feed the leaderboard, badges feed achievements. Both come from the same underlying activity — completing units, passing assessments, hitting streaks — but achievements is about specific one-time milestones rather than a running score.
Some leaderboard views show a badge count next to your points for quick context.Notes
Achievements only exists if your tenant has gamification switched on. If you've completed courses but see no achievements page at all, that's a tenant-level setting, not something specific to your account.
